Shipra Mathur

Shipra Mathur is a seasoned professional in legal and compliance with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance at AlphaGrep since June 2021, Shipra oversees compliance, exchange compliance, onboarding, risk disclosure, due diligence, and AML questionnaires. Prior roles include Compliance Associate at Intertrust Group, where responsibilities involved CDD, remediation, KYC, and periodic compliance reviews. Earlier in career, Shipra served as Company Secretary at Biotech International Limited and held positions at COMS CORPORATE SOLUTIONS LLP as Management Trainee and Assistant Company Secretary, focusing on compliance and secretarial work.
