Mark Elser

Mark Elser is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate banking and financial advisory. Currently serving as Managing Director for Germany at Alpha Group since September 2023, Mark previously held the position of Country Head for Germany at iBanFirst from November 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Mark had roles such as Head of Desk at Ebury and various leadership positions at LBBW, including Head of Corporate Banking Nürnberg and Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking, where responsibilities included market entry consultation and financing solutions across South-East Asia. Mark's career began with a student internship at Dezan Shira & Associates and included a dual studies program at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, which provided diverse exposure to corporate banking and finance. Mark holds a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution and additional international experience from National Chengchi University.
