Eric Tremblay

Eric Tremblay is the Chief Technology Officer at AlphaLum SA, where they currently lead technological initiatives. Their extensive experience includes co-founding and serving as Co-CEO of Composyt Light Labs SA, which was acquired by Intel, and holding roles such as Director of Hardware Development at Magic Leap and Director of AR Systems R&D at ams OSRAM. Eric's background in research includes positions as a Scientific Collaborator at EPFL and a Project Scientist at UC San Diego, alongside early roles as a Research Assistant at TR Labs and SRI International. They hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Optics from UC San Diego, as well as a Master's in Electrical Engineering, Photonics from McGill University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering Physics from the University of Alberta.
