AlphaMakina is an AI venture studio that partners with non-technical industry experts to build companies. Entrepreneurs with great ideas on integrating AI in business may not have a technical team to build their solution. That's where we come in.

We are the technical and commercial co-founding partner for non-technical founders. Our in-house team of AI engineers, product designers, brand strategists, and growth specialists builds your AI product, your brand, and your go-to-market strategy from the ground up, while you focus on the domain expertise and customer relationships that only you can bring.

Our model is built on radical alignment: we take no upfront fees, no equity, and no payment of any kind until your product is generating revenue. We earn a percentage of gross revenue, and only once it exists. That means every decision we make, every line of code we write, and every campaign we run is pointed at a single outcome: making your company succeed.

We work with three types of founders: industry veterans with decades of domain depth, operators who have solved a problem worth commercializing, and professional experts (doctors, lawyers, engineers, educators) who see an AI opportunity their field has missed. What they share is expertise the market needs and the drive to build something that lasts.

Since launching, every company we have built is live and generating revenue. We take fewer companies than we could, on purpose. Staying small keeps the work excellent, the partnerships close, and the outcomes real.

If you are a domain expert with a problem worth solving, we want to hear from you.
