Doreen Flook

Doreen Flook is an experienced program manager and customer service professional with a strong background in procurement and inside sales. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Prolastin Direct Program at AlphaNet, Inc. since June 2012, Doreen has also held roles including Patient Services Coordinator and Customer Service Manager at Amerisource Industrial Supply, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing sales incentive programs. Previously, Doreen led the Chrysler Corporation team at E & R Industrial Sales, focusing on order management and customer relationships. Doreen's expertise in vendor negotiations and purchasing was demonstrated as a Purchasing Agent at Vendor Managed Solutions, securing significant contracts and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business Management from Baker College and a certificate in Accounting from Southeast Oakland Vocational Center.
