April Dean has work experience in various medical and healthcare roles. april started their career at Coffee Regional Medical Center in 1999 as a Registered Nurse and worked there for an unspecified duration. In 2021, they joined Alphanumeric Systems as a Medical Information Specialist and continued in the same role the following year at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare.

April Dean earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from South Ga College, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. In May 2015, they obtained their certification as a Registered Nurse from the Ga board of nursing.
