Cagdas Kaval

Cagdas Kaval has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cagdas has held various roles in different companies. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as an Enterprise IT Projects Sales at On-Em Computer Co. From 2000 to 2009, they served as the General Manager/Microsoft Certified Trainer at Ak-ser Microsoft Certified Training Center. From 2005 to 2010, they served as an IT Consultant at Turkish Radio and Television (TRT). From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Arma Tech. Systems, providing project management and hardware/software support to customers. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Infotech Luna Computers, providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an IT Analyst at Alphanumeric Systems, solving software and user errors and training end-users. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Helpdesk Team Lead at Alphanumeric Systems, managing the help desk team and resolving escalated tickets. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Clinical Support Helpdesk and GSK Vaccines Senior Administrator at Alphanumeric Systems. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in IT support, project management, training, customer satisfaction, and technical troubleshooting.

Cagdas Kaval received their education in both Canada and Turkey. Cagdas attended CDI College in Laval, Quebec, Canada from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Network and Internet Security Specialist - LEA.AE. Prior to that, they attended Dokuz Eylul University in Turkey from 1993 to 2000, where they studied Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Cagdas Kaval has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Cagdas received the following certifications from Microsoft: MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Server 2008 Application Infrastructure, Configuration, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, and Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 and Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008. Cagdas also holds a certification in ITIL Foundations, which they obtained from LinkedIn. Cagdas Kaval became a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2000.
