Daniel Cardinali Rastelli has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Daniel started their career as a Técnico de Formación at Alcaldía de Chacao, where they focused on developing social skills and citizen competencies in educational institutions. Daniel also took on the responsibility of planning and coordinating training sessions.

Daniel then joined Cerámicas Caribe S.A as a Consultor de Selección, Formación y de Gestión del Cambio. In this role, they designed and planned objectives related to talent management and implemented competency-based practices in selection and talent development.

Daniel was responsible for recruiting and onboarding profiles in regions such as EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and NA. Later, they were promoted to the role of Recruitment Lead for EMEA - APAC - LATAM.
