Francis Saavedra

Francis Saavedra has experience working as a CSHD Analyst at Alphanumeric Systems since 2022. Previously, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at Janela Digital, Informática e Telecomunicações S.A. as an Account Manager, where they provided technical support and after-sales service for the Spanish market, handled commercial inquiries, and managed tasks. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Stradivarius, where they provided personalized customer service, managed the cash register, and organized the store and warehouse.

Francis Saavedra pursued a Licenciatura em Tradução (Bachelor's degree in Translation) with a specialization in Interpretação e Tradução de Idiomas (Interpretation and Translation of Languages) from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa from 2012 to 2015.
