Henrique Fernandes began their work experience in 2011 as a Customer Support Assistant at Kelly Services Portugal, where they provided general and technical customer support. Henrique then joined Talenter™ in 2013 as a Backoffice Technical Support, where they analyzed and treated technical complaints and provided technical support for recurring malfunctions. In 2016, Henrique joined Alphanumeric Systems as an IT Support, where they provided service desk support for US companies, including account creation and management in Active Directory and Office 365. Henrique also diagnosed and troubleshooted network, VPN, software/hardware, and other issues using remote access tools.

Henrique Fernandes attended EPED - Escola Profissional de Educação e Desenvolvimento from 2003 to 2006, where they studied computing. Following this, they enrolled in ATEC – Academia de Formação in 2007 and completed their education there in 2008. During their time at ATEC, Henrique focused on industrial planning.
