Jenn Ryan

Jenn Ryan is an experienced operations manager and independent business owner with a robust background in leadership, training, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Alphanumeric Systems since June 2021, Jenn previously held similar roles at Concentrix, where leadership and coaching were essential, and DependableIT, where the focus was on process improvement and implementation. As the owner of JR Ventures, Jenn specializes in helping clients overcome organizational challenges through a supportive and educational approach. Jenn's long tenure at Cogeco Cable included management of training and quality assurance teams, as well as overall operations for customer service and technical support. Educational credentials include a certification in Coaching from Erickson College and a certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
