Katya Nikolova

Katya Nikolova's work experience includes serving as a Clinical-applications Senior IT Business Analyst at Alphanumeric Systems starting in December 2012. Prior to this position, they worked at .Idea (Ajilon) from September 2007 to November 2012 as an IT Analyst level I and level Tier II. In this role, they helped remote users with LAN, wireless, VPN, and internet connections, performed software deployment and Active Directory account management, and resolved IT issues.
