Patrick Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Patrick began their career in 1987 at CIBC Visa, where they worked as a Chargeback/Pre-arbitration Specialist for six years. Patrick then moved on to Diners Club, where they served as the Manager of the Research Department for three years. Following that, Patrick joined Northern Telephone as the Manager of Customer Service for two years before transitioning to Maxlink Communications, where they managed the Customer Interaction Centre for another two years. In 2000, Patrick joined Groupe Telecom as the Director of the Help Desk, a role they held until 2002 when they joined PaySystems as a Senior Manager in Risk Management. From 2004 to 2012, Patrick worked as the Montreal Solutions Centre Director at Idea (Ajilon Consulting). Most recently, they have been employed at Alphanumeric Systems, where they started as the Director of Business Development from 2013 to 2015, then became the Director of Workflow Solutions for Canada from 2015 to 2017, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Projects and Services.
