Steve Cicci has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of training and development. Steve most recently worked at Alphanumeric Systems as a Program Manager, overseeing digital content solutions. Prior to that, they were a Manager at the same company, responsible for training solutions and eLearning development. Before joining Alphanumeric Systems, Steve worked at MICOR Solutions as a Team Leader for training analysis and eLearning development. Steve also gained experience at Productivity Point International as a Project Coordinator and Learning Analysis Specialist. Steve's extensive career began at Nortel Networks, where they focused on telecom training. Steve started working at Northern Telecom Canada in 1989, initially as an IT Training instructor and developer. Over the years, they transitioned into eLearning development, course design, and instruction for the PBX product line. Towards the end of their tenure at Northern Telecom Canada, they provided customized product training for new small switch products.
Steve Cicci attended Brock University from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
