Greenwood, IN • Mental Health & Wellness Services

At AlphaOmega Wellness, we help people finally feel better when nothing else has worked.

We specialize in IV ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions—providing a science-backed path to healing for those who’ve tried everything and still feel stuck.

Founded by Dr. Dee Bonney and Megan Bonney, PMHNP, our team blends medical expertise with compassionate care. Every part of the patient experience is designed to support healing: from a calming environment and personalized infusions to integration and long-term mental wellness planning.

We believe in addressing the root cause of suffering, not just managing symptoms. Alongside ketamine therapy, we offer integrative support for brain health, hormones, weight loss, and lifestyle medicine.

If you or someone you love is seeking a breakthrough, let’s talk.
