Gemma O'Brien is currently serving as the National Assessment Programme Manager for Wales at AlphaPlus. Previously, O'Brien worked at AQA from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Assessment Design Training Manager and Assessment Design Manager. O'Brien earned a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Glasgow and later completed a Master of Arts in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement at UCL.
