Marianne Talbot

Marianne Talbot is currently serving as an Academic Personal Tutor at the University of Leeds, providing support to international Master's students. Marianne has extensive experience in educational assessment and policy, having held roles such as Head of Research & Evaluation at QCDA, Senior Policy Executive at UCAS, and Outreach Policy Officer at the University of Oxford. Additional experience includes consulting for various educational organizations, including work with the Myanmar National Assessment Guidelines at Oxford Policy Management and freelance consulting for the Rwanda Education Board. Marianne has also established a professional development program for the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors and has contributed to Annual Reports for EngineeringUK. Over the years, Marianne has engaged in various educational projects and evaluations, showcasing a strong background in research, policy development, and project management. Currently, Marianne is pursuing further education at the University of Leeds, which is expected to be completed by 2026.
