Kriti Bansal

Kriti Bansal has extensive experience in finance and accounting within the technology and financial services sectors. At AlphaPoint, from June 2021 to October 2022, Kriti served as VP Finance & Accounting and previously as Director of Accounting, focusing on ASC 606 implementation, external audit preparation, and ensuring GAAP compliance. Kriti's role as Controller at Supply Wisdom lasted from November 2022 to July 2023, while prior experience included a position as Senior Financial Analyst at Beacon Platform Inc from February 2020 to June 2021, where leadership in external audits and process improvements were notable achievements. Before these roles, Kriti co-founded CleoNova Ventures and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from Hindu College, Delhi University.
