Mark O'Neill is a Leader Development and Organizational Growth Consultant with extensive experience in both military and corporate sectors. They served as a Brigadier General in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 2008 and have held various executive roles, including Senior Vice President at L-3 and CACI International Inc. Currently, Mark serves as President of Opus / Summit and as a member of the Board of Directors at Alphapointe. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Advisors for the Wilson Center for Leadership at Hampden-Sydney College from 2018 to 2020. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including the Naval Postgraduate School and the U.S. Army War College.
