Thomas England, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over fifteen years. Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alphapointe, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a National Account Executive at RecruitMilitary from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before transitioning into the sales and marketing field, Thomas held various roles at Cintas from 2016 to 2021. These positions included Regional Sales Manager - Fire Protection, Uniform Sales Representative, and Market Development Representative. Thomas also achieved recognition as a Summit Award winner for their exceptional performance.

Thomas gained valuable experience as a Federal Sales Executive at Siemens from July 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, they worked at Cintas as a Service Manager, leading a team and overseeing customer retention and growth from March 2014 to July 2015.

Thomas's early career was marked by their service in the United States Marine Corps. Thomas held positions such as Armor Officer (Captain) and Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander. Thomas'sleadership responsibilities included the management and tactical employment of tanks, vehicles, weapons, and equipment totaling over $60 million.

During their time with the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab from June 2010 to January 2013, Thomas served as a Project Officer and Commanding General's Aide de Camp. Thomas contributed to various aspects of planning, execution, and assessment of military programs and experiments.

With their extensive background in sales, marketing, leadership, and military experience, Thomas England brings with him a valuable skill set to their current role as Vice President at Alphapointe.

Thomas England, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Sociology. In 2020, Thomas commenced their studies at Rockhurst University for an Executive MBA, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
