Alan Ginsberg

Alan Ginsberg is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at AlphaSense since June 2025. Ginsberg has extensive experience in guiding B2B SaaS companies to enhance their Customer Success programs as a Customer Success Strategist & Builder at JumpstartCS LLC since January 2020. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Brightfield and Conductor, as well as Vice President of Customer Success at Oracle, where Ginsberg was involved in the acquisition of Responsys.
