Alyssa Croucher

Alyssa Croucher is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Revenue at AlphaSense since January 2021, Alyssa has previously held positions including Associate Director and Talent Acquisition Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Partner and Branch Practice Manager at Lucas Group from July 2016 to January 2021, and various positions at Robert Half, including Staffing Executive and OfficeTeam Division Director, from July 2011 to July 2016. Alyssa holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
