Elena Estibalez

Elena Estibalez is an Associate People Business Partner at AlphaSense, having joined in June 2023, and previously held the role of People Operations Coordinator. Prior to AlphaSense, Elena worked at BlueOptima from September 2021 to June 2023 as an Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included managing new team member hiring and overseeing remote teams to meet individual KPIs, as well as leading office search and relocation projects using a data-driven approach. Earlier experience includes serving as an Office & Operations Associate at BlueOptima, managing office operations for 90 employees and establishing social committees for over 290 individuals. Elena’s career began as an Administrative Assistant Intern at the Chamber of Commerce of Belgium and Luxembourg in Spain, where responsibilities included updating company inventories, managing databases, and coordinating meetings. Elena holds an International Relations Degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and has furthered studies in Social Sciences at Budapest Metropolitan University.
