Joe Dinkel

Joe Dinkel is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at AlphaSense since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joe was a founding partner and Vice President Talent Acquisition Leader at IC2 Talent Acquisition Solutions from November 2023 to January 2024. Joe's extensive experience includes leadership positions such as Vice President, Global Head of Recruiting at Flexport, and various roles at Google, Nike, Microsoft Corporation, and DHR International. Joe began a career in talent acquisition at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Colorado Mesa University.
