Linda Lioe

Linda Lioe, MBA, is an accomplished talent operations leader with extensive experience in global recruiting and employer branding. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Operations at AlphaSense, Linda previously held the position of Head of Global Recruiting Operations at Flexport, where significant contributions included implementing cross-functional coordination teams and enhancing systems and analytics for recruiting operations. Prior roles included Sr. Program Manager for Talent Attraction at SAP Concur, overseeing various global talent acquisition programs, and managing employment branding initiatives and process enhancements. Additional experience encompasses program management in global talent acquisition at BlackBerry and various HR positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, where multiple successful employer brand projects were executed. Linda holds an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
