Max Soja

Max Soja is an emerging professional with a diverse array of experiences in research, customer service, and compliance analysis. As a Student Researcher at ELIAMEP, Max conducted in-depth research on international trade between the United States and Greece, while also creating impactful visuals for financial reports. Previous roles include a Sales Floor Team Member at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, where food safety and customer service were pivotal, and a Customer Service Center Representative at USC Auxiliary Services, managing inquiries for over 1200 undergraduate students. Currently, Max serves as a Compliance Analyst at AlphaSense, in addition to interning in International Affairs & Trade with the City of Los Angeles. Max's background also includes experience in retail at Hollister Co., where customer service excellence contributed to significant satisfaction growth. Max has pursued academic experiences in Athens and completed high school education at Comm High School Dist 99 - South High School.
