Meredith Matson

Meredith Matson, M.A., is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Customer Education Manager at AlphaSense since February 2024, previously holding the position of Customer Education Manager. Prior to AlphaSense, Meredith worked at LaunchDarkly as a Content Production Manager, overseeing the content production process for the Learning and Enablement team. Meredith also served as a Senior Instructional Designer at Virtuous, managing customer-facing academies and creating various training materials. From August 2014 to May 2022, Meredith was a Professor of Psychology and Assistant Department Chair at Horry-Georgetown Technical College and has held multiple academic roles at various institutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Psychology from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University.
