Andre Blair

Andre Blair is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in the Capital Markets Management Programme at AlphaSights since September 2022. Previously, Andre held the position of Senior Property Negotiator at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, where recruitment was based on strong performance at Foxtons, where Andre worked as a Property Negotiator, gaining valuable insights into consumer preferences within the property market. Andre’s earlier roles include participation in the Marketing Visionary Program at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I and management trainee responsibilities at Enterprise Holdings. An internship as a Systems Safety Engineer at London Underground and a community facilitator role with The Challenge round out Andre's diverse background. Andre holds a BEng Hons degree in Engineering with Management and Entrepreneurship from City St George’s, University of London, along with a Certificate in Quantity Surveying from RICS UK.
