Bert Koning

Bert Koning is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, consultancy, and technology. Currently serving as an Adviseur at Recruitment Scan since June 2024, Bert has been the Founder and co-owner of RIC BV since June 2000, fulfilling roles as an interim manager and consultant. Additional advisory roles include Independent Advisor at Bain & Company and Industry Expert at AlphaSights, both from 2021 and 2022 respectively. Bert is also a member of the advisory board at Purple Squirrel Effect since September 2023. Notably, Bert was the CEO of OTYS Recruiting Technology from July 2019 to March 2024 and played a significant role in preparing the company for sale.
