Bill Cypert

Bill Cypert currently serves as ServiceNow Field CTO at NewRocket since October 2021 and is a Digital Transformation Advisor at AlphaSights since June 2018. Cypert has authored multiple editions of "SAMonNOW," guiding practical software asset management on ServiceNow. Previous roles include Vice President of Service Management at Sovereign Systems, where full P&L responsibility was held, and a leadership position within ServiceNow that contributed to substantial revenue growth. Additionally, Cypert has extensive experience from VMware, where significant achievements in cloud and automation services occurred, and founded vSandbox, leading it to profitability prior to its acquisition by VEEAM Software. Educational credentials include attendance at Harvard Extension School and a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
