Bobby Arnold

Bobby Arnold is a Business Strategy Director with a strong background in strategic program management, holding certifications in PMP, SAFe Agilist, and Level III Defense Acquisition. At Carelon, Bobby designed and managed sales incentive programs and drove process improvement initiatives, aligning enterprise strategies with business objectives. Previously, Bobby held leadership roles at Anthem BCBS and Anthem, where they led large-scale initiatives and transformation efforts within complex environments. Currently, Bobby serves as a Strategic Advisor at AlphaSights, providing expertise to help clients gain a knowledge advantage. Bobby is pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a focus on International Business at the Florida Institute of Technology.
