Caroline Douglas

Caroline Douglas is an Associate at AlphaSights, where responsibilities include connecting investors and business leaders with essential knowledge for success. Prior experience at AlphaSights as a Summer Associate in Client Services involved commercial success, client excellence, industry research, and project management. Caroline contributed to The Wharton School's Penn Athletics Wharton Leadership Academy and served as a Sports Reporter for The Daily Pennsylvanian. Additional experience includes a Marketing Intern role at Boro, an Agent Assistant/Social Media Organizer position at Coldwell Banker, and coaching Beach Volleyball at Sunshine Volleyball Club. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Messages and Marketing and a minor in Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
