Charles Sutherland

Charles Sutherland serves as Vice President at AlphaSights, a position held since 2010, where responsibilities include building and maintaining high-quality teams across four offices in East Asia, driving continuous improvement in operations, and ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Charles collaborates with commercial leaders to identify hiring needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention, while also overseeing business operations within the Asia group to uphold international standards and support organizational growth. Prior to AlphaSights, Charles gained experience in various roles at Oxford Royale Academy and served as a Sales Associate at GE Capital. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from HKUST Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCL.
