Dan Jaspers

Dan Jaspers is a seasoned professional in the water sports industry with a diverse range of experience across several organizations. Currently a Partner at Pindar & Co., Dan manages international projects, partnering with prominent entities such as SailGP and the World Match Racing Tour. As Director of Aquarius Sport, Dan provides tailored consulting services for organizations involved in water sports, while also serving as a Subject Matter Expert at AlphaSights. Past roles include International Sales and Business Development at RS Marine Group, Watersports Program Consultant at Red Sea Global, and Technical Advisor for Manor Adventure. Dan has extensive experience in training and development, having worked for the Royal Yachting Association and the International Kiteboarding Association, among others. Dan's educational background includes a PGCE in Outdoor Education from Bangor University and a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Brighton.
