Jason Steiner

Jason Steiner serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NAOS, where responsibilities include driving operational and commercial strategy for NAOS Canada and leading national field operations, key account management, and the medical division. In addition, Jason holds advisory roles at GLG, Guidepoint, and AlphaSights. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Retail Services at Salesfloor, where Jason focused on enhancing client performance and developing scalable processes. Jason also worked at L'Oréal as Commercial Director for Kiehl’s, overseeing the expansion of wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels across Canada. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University and studies at Marianopolis College.
