Jiayan Yu has extensive experience in various analytical roles, most notably serving as an Analyst at AlphaSights since 2014, where the focus is on connecting specialist knowledge to pivotal business decisions globally. Previously, Jiayan held the position of Policy Analyst at the Poverty & Race Research Action Council in 2013, concentrating on federal housing, urban development, and race policy, and participated as a Fellow with the Princeton Internships in Civic Service program. In 2012, Jiayan worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Silverman Shin Byrne & Gilchrest, PLLC, specializing in commercial and real estate litigation, and also gained experience as a Paralegal at Legal Services of New Jersey in 2011, focusing on bankruptcy and family law. Jiayan holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University, awarded by the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
