Kay Tran is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in client service excellence and consulting across Asia. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Halocom Connect since October 2022, Kay focuses on enabling AI technology in the digital landscape. In a concurrent role at AlphaSights, starting in January 2018 as Regional Senior Manager for Client Service Excellence, Kay has demonstrated a commitment to building high-performance teams and enhancing service delivery.
