Nicole Werner

Nicole Werner currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Associate and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AlphaSights, a leading provider of knowledge on-demand. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mentor at Command Education, where personalized guidance was provided to students and families for high school and college admissions. At the Cornell Play and Learning Lab, Nicole conducted research sessions on spatial skills and managed video data collection. As Head Manager for Cornell Sprint Football, scheduling and event organization responsibilities were handled for a large team. Nicole also completed research intern work at Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development, where contributions were made to discussions on digital media's impact on children. Leadership skills were further demonstrated as Director of New Member Experience for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University.
