Richard Wallace possesses extensive experience in the auto insurance and collision repair sectors. Currently serving as Material Damage Director for American Access Casualty Company, Richard manages operations across multiple states including Texas and Illinois. Richard also provides consulting services for multiple organizations, including Tegus, GLG, and AlphaSights, focusing on personal auto insurance and strategic business development. Previous roles include Regional Director of Operations at Elephant Insurance, where management oversaw adjusters and vendor relationships, as well as positions at GAINSCO, ACCC Insurance Company, and various collision repair centers. Richard holds a background in operational management and strategic consulting, complemented by education from Brookhaven Community College and Southwest High School in Macon, Georgia.
