Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at GLG and Third Bridge Group Limited, as well as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Adapt, Tom has previously held key positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment UK and The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included managing theatrical distribution teams and operations across various regions including the UK, South East Asia, and EMEA. As the Founder of The Batch Collective, Tom leverages over two decades in the industry to partner with media businesses and investors on growth strategies and consultancy. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Westminster and a program in Organizational Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
