Victoria Dimillo

Victoria DiMillo is a Senior Associate in Learning & Development at AlphaSights, where responsibilities include project management of the global 360-review process for over 200 employees and collaboration on Manager Bootcamp training. Previously, at the Boston College Center for Work & Family, Victoria served as Associate and Assistant Director of Member Services, consulting for over 50 companies on topics such as diversity and employee well-being, and conducting HR research for senior leadership presentations. Additional experience includes planning biannual conferences at the Boston College Workforce Roundtable and leading initiatives as a Steering Committee Member for the Boston College Women's Collaborative. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development, both from Boston College.
