Jill Williams

Director of Contracts and Proposals at AlphaSix

Jill Williams has over 15 years of experience in the government contracting industry. Jill began their career in 2004 as a Technical Writer and Editor at CSC, followed by a role as Marketing Assistant at Framing Success. In 2006, they joined USIS as a Proposal Writer, and then joined YRCI as a Proposal Coordinator. In 2008, they moved to Emtec, Inc. as a Proposal Manager. In 2011, they joined KGS (Kforce Government Solutions) as a Senior Proposal Manager. In 2012, they joined AlphaSix Corporation as Director of Contracts and Proposals. In this role, they supported the entire corporation primarily in the areas of contracts and proposals, and provided support in other areas such as marketing, project management/reporting, graphics, compliance, etc. Jill also worked directly with attorneys on legal matters pertaining to AlphaSix proposals and contracts such as agency and GAO protests, ensuring compliance with Federal contracting regulations, and was the GSA IT70 and PSS Schedule Contracts Administrator.

Jill Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from York College of Pennsylvania in 2003. In April 2019, they earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
