Mark Klein

Mark Klein is an experienced professional in the HR and operations space, currently serving as the Head of Solution Engineering at AlphaStaff since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple leadership positions at Congruity HR, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where the focus was on delivering client-centric services through PEO and ASO operating platforms. Mark's career also includes significant roles at PrismHR as Director of Customer Success, Modern Business Associates as Director of Client Services, and Peanut Butter, Inc. as VP of Operations and Product. Earlier experience includes VP of Operations at Corban OneSource, Director of Solutions Management at Gevity HR, and Delivery Group Manager at Aon. Mark began their professional journey at Walt Disney World as a Benefits/HRIS specialist. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics from Eckerd College.
