Edward Borras

Edward Borras is a Transactional Attorney at AlphaStruxure since September 2023, previously holding multiple senior legal positions at Enel North America from June 2019 to September 2023, including Senior Associate General Counsel for Enel X North America and responsibilities in finance, compliance, and staff services. Prior to Enel, Edward served as Senior Legal Counsel at Sprague Operating Resources LLC from August 2016 to March 2019 and Corporate Counsel at KLX Inc. from May 2013 to July 2016. Edward began a legal career as the sole attorney for Vision Oil Tools within a private equity portfolio. Edward holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
