David Moore

David Moore is a seasoned Plural Private Equity Chairman with extensive experience in private entrepreneurial businesses, private equity, and fully listed PLCs across high-growth and turnaround environments. They have held notable positions, including Chairman at the Independent Builders Merchant Group, overseeing a substantial network with revenues exceeding £600 million, and Group CEO at Ultraframe Plc. David is the owner of Springwood Consultants Limited and currently chairs several companies, including Alpine Fire Engineers and MediMatch Dental Laboratory. They hold a BA (Hons) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they attained between 1982 and 1985.
