Alpine One is an internationally recognized, owner-managed HR strategy consultancy. The founders, Manuela and Franz Herrlein, bring years of executive experience from various leadership positions in global companies. Drawing on this expertise, they established Alpine One in 2016 as a consultancy firm that not only provides theoretical support to CEOs and HR managers but also possesses practical insights into the strategic challenges faced by companies.

Alpine One uniquely integrates economics, neuroscience, and psychology into its consulting approach. We firmly believe that the people, they call it the human factor, stand as the single most significant value driver within any organization. Our primary goal is to revolutionize HR practices and assist companies and their employees in reaching world-class standards in this domain.

We not only guide our clients conceptually but also actively participate in the implementation phase, emphasizing Leadership Consulting, Change Management, HR-Transformation, Organizational Development & Support, and Age Management. Our team has expanded to nearly 30 professionals, each boasting extensive, practical professional experience, not only within consulting firms but also in specialized and managerial roles.

In 2023, Alpine One entered into a strategic cooperation with Boyden, one of the most renowned international executive search firms. Leveraging Boyden's international network with over 70 offices in 45 countries, Boyden and Alpine One can jointly offer their clients services on a much broader basis.
