Jack Lally

Jack Lally is the CEO of Alpine Software Corporation, a dispatch and records management software provider for fire departments and a portfolio company of Banyan Software. They previously held roles across finance and investment, including an Analyst position at Credit Suisse (2012–2014), an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. (2014–2016), and a Private Equity Associate at Fremont Group (2016–2018). Their experience also includes a Summer Investment Professional position at Atalaya Capital Management (2019), an MBA Intern/Analyst role at Tx3 Sage Rock (2020), and Head of Finance and Sales followed by Head of Finance and M&A at Medicat, LLC (2021–2023). They earned an MBA in Value Investing from Columbia Business School in 2010.
