Jay Dreiling

Jay Dreiling, MBA, RA, currently serves as Development Manager at Alpine Start Development, following a tenure in the same role at Stillwater Capital Investments, LLC. Dreiling has extensive experience managing multifamily projects throughout various phases of the development cycle, having successfully conducted site studies, due diligence, and contractor selection for numerous projects. Previous roles include Project Manager at StreetLights Residential, where Dreiling oversaw the construction of a luxury multifamily complex, and Senior Project Coordinator at The Beck Group, where project delivery was notable for being on time and on budget despite significant changes. Dreiling's career also includes architectural positions at GFF, GLMV Architecture, and prior internships, contributing to the design and execution of various high-profile projects. Dreiling holds an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from SMU Cox School of Business and a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University.
