Chad serves as a Technical Program Manager for Alpine Testing Solutions. Chad has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance. He has over 10 years of experience in both the banking and insurance industries working in customer service roles handling a wide range of services and clients. While in these roles he oversaw multiple projects directed towards process improvement and training on new software and applications. He prides himself in his responsiveness, attention to detail, problem solving and excellent customer service skills.
