Alpine Water Resources is a science-driven environmental consulting firm based in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. Founded by Dr. Rory Cowie, the firm is led by more than two decades of experience in mountain hydrology, environmental monitoring, and watershed science, with a focus on high-alpine systems impacted by legacy mining. AWR is supported by an experienced technical team skilled at working in remote, challenging terrain.
